Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Completely remodeled from floor to ceiling in every room! One mile from Safeway grocery store and 1.5 miles to downtown. So much to do and see in Leadville. Many new restaurants and shops in town. Hiking and national forest surrounds this beautiful area. Only 10 minutes to ski Cooper. You have 7 ski resorts within one hour and Aspen is only 1.5 hours away.

The space
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms completely remodeled with comfort and style in mind. Modern kitchen with an induction oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. Great location - close to town and restaurants. Within an hour of 7 ski resorts, hiking, biking, and close to a new National Monument.

Upstairs is fully remodeled. Downstairs is an unfinished basement - our next project.

Other things to note
New induction oven works differently than gas or electric. Please read instructions - it lights up on the stove top surface.

Large green trash container is in the garage. Please roll it up to top of the driveway on Wednesday mornings and bring back inside later that day.
Put dirty dishes in dishwasher. General tidiness is appreciated so there won't be issues with bugs. Adults only should use step stool.
Remove shoes and put in the cubbies either in garage or by front door. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

My family had a great stay. The property was clean and perfect for our situation, especially being 15 minutes away from Ski Cooper. Debbie was easy to communicate with, and her response time was on point. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great views!

This home has everything you need for a great stay! Kitchen is fully equipped, and nice appliances and cookware etc. Beds are comfortable and there is more than enough towels left for you to use. Location is great and deck as beautiful views of the mountains. No issues with WiFi or getting into home. Host is responsive and willing to work with you for requests! If we are ever back in area we would book here again!

Family's vacation. Would recommend a BBQ grill, screen for sliding door and coffee table in great room. Nicely decorated! We will try and stay here again.

Great Location

House was a short drive to Ski Cooper, as well as restaurants in Leadville. Nice home with 2 Kings and a Queen bed. Enjoyed our stay. Debbie was very helpful.

Comfortable Stay for Ski Visit

Great space for a family or couples. Well-located in Leadville, about 10-15 minutes from Ski Cooper, very close to Safeway grocery and gas stations, etc. House was clean with comfortable sleeping spaces and well appointed. Communication with the host, Debbie, was excellent. Would recommend for those seeking a getaway in the mountains and comfortable accommodations.
