Great property. Great location.
Driveway is big for trailers but has a steep incline not shown in pictures. It is doable for long box trailers but not very easy.

Very nice house
They did an excellent job of setting up the house. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. Communication was great by the host. Would definitely stay there again.
Only thing we felt needed attention to was a railing on the stairs from the garage going into the house. Our special needs daughter had some difficulties getting up and down them.

Perfect for our stay!
We live in Denver area with family in eastern SD so this is the perfect “meet in the middle” location for us! We celebrated a 60th birthday as well as two new babies getting to meet each other for the first time. The property is wonderful — clean, well appointed, room for everyone and great location. Enough room for us to hang out together inside when the weather didn’t cooperate and not feel cramped. We had one inquiry that Chase was quick to respond to. Will definitely be back!

Family Vacation
On Mountain Time located in Powderhouse Pass was the perfect place to stay for me and my family for our vacation.There are no gravel roads to get to the place and it was easy to find.The house was not only beautiful but also very spacious! The property manager was quick to answer a few questions I had. The grand kids requested to stay at the same place the next time we take a vacation!
