Two bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, bath towels, and hygiene products for added convenience. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cooking necessities, a crock pot, air fryer, ice machine, and coffee pot to help lower meal costs. Heat and air conditioning keep the house comfortable no matter the season. The front outdoor area holds a relaxation area with patio furniture. This home overlooks the open cut and city of Lead for a spectacular view. Pets are NOT allowed inside the home due to an allergy situation, but can be kept outside for a fee.
