Ground floor: lounge - living room, 1 bedroom with mezzanine (1 double bed 160x200 cm), laundry room, bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: kitchen, bathroom (shower), separate WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm). 2nd floor: bathroom (shower with WC), 1 bedroom with a second window opening onto the living room (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Terrace. Public parking 50 meters from the gîte. Old barn renovated into a warm and functional gîte. Large living room on several levels with high ceilings bringing light to the room. Cozy atmosphere, combining the rustic charm of wood and stone. Terrace with relaxation area and dining area with a beautiful view of the valley. Quiet and quality environment. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the village of Verneil in the Vallée des Huiles in the heart of the Combe de Savoie between Chambéry and Altberville. Privileged location between the Maurienne valleys and the Belledonne Massif. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails near the gîte. In summer, swimming at Lake Carouge 26 km away or the first beach at Lake Bourget 48 km away.
