La Crête des Dunes offers a rare setting: open views, no overlooking neighbours, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature, while still being in town.

This is one of the few houses in Le Touquet with direct access to the beach, either through the dunes or by the road.

You can walk to the town centre in about 10 minutes, as well as to restaurants, shops, the market and the lively heart of Le Touquet. The well-known Le Touquet Thalasso & Spa is also within walking distance.

This spacious family holiday home is officially rated 4 stars as a furnished tourist accommodation. It is ideal for large families, several generations travelling together, two families sharing a holiday, or groups of friends looking for space, privacy and a truly special location.

The house works almost like two complete connected apartments, one above the other, linked by an interior staircase. The upper floor also has its own outside access, which makes the house very practical for guests who want to stay together while still keeping separate spaces and privacy.

You will enjoy large living areas, several bright spaces to gather or relax separately, a main kitchen with an additional kitchenette upstairs, and a large private garden facing the dunes.

Sleeping arrangements

Ground floor

• 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 cm
• 1 bedroom with a double bed + 2 twin beds

First floor

• 3 bedrooms with double beds (one 160cm)
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds + bunk beds for children only

Maximum capacity: 16 guests, including 14 adults maximum. No exception.

All guests must sleep in the bedrooms, according to the bed layout described above. Sofas are not sleeping arrangements and no extra beds are provided.

A detailed guest list may be requested at the time of booking. The number of guests can be adjusted before arrival, within the maximum authorised capacity.

No outside visitors are allowed unless previously agreed with the owner.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is self check-in with a key box.

Departure includes an in-person check-out inspection and key return.

A significantly earlier arrival or later departure may be requested, but must first be approved by our cleaning team.

Please note that, if available, early arrival or late departure may be charged 200 €. This fee helps cover the special organisation required and the possible loss of income if the previous or following night cannot be rented.

Pets

One dog per booking may be accepted on request only. Please contact us before booking.

Cats are not accepted due to allergies.

Equipment and notes

Rates

Our rates are flexible and depend on the season, length of stay and number of guests.

For example, 8 guests pay less than 16 guests. Extra guest fees apply above 10 guests.
