Great stay in Le Teich

Lovely property with a fantastic pool and BBQ area. In a very quiet area, so a car is essential really.

A stay with friends and family

The house is beautiful inside with a huge fireplace giving the property a grand feel. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and nice to cool off in when the weather got hot. The decking overlooking the pool is a fabulous place for evening meals and socialising after the children were in bed. There are lots of cycle tracks near the house to get into town and beyond. The only negative is that there are no bars, restaurants or shops within walking distance, meaning we had to use the car if we wanted to eat out. The roads driving into Arcachon are extremely busy. There is a large supermarket very nearby and we found ourselves more than happy to stock up on food and drink and spend time at the property rather than go out. Overall we had an excellent time and would recommend the house.

Nous avons réservé la maison avec un couple d'amis et nos enfants.Nous avons été très bien accueilli, les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et disponibles lors du séjour en cas de besoin.Nous nous sommes vite senti comme chez nous. La literie est d'excellente qualité.La maison est placée au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. Peut être un point d'amélioration à prevoir sur les transats de la piscine qui mériteraient d'être changés ainsi qu'une douche en exterieur pour se rincer .

Great house in central location for activities, car based

Great house, fantastic covered outdoor dining area with large outdoor fire place with grill inserts. We had very nice long BBQ dinners. Swimming pool is great for the kids. Spacious and high ceilings in the living room, internet and large American style fridge/freezer with ice. Large kitchen. Hypermarket is only 7 minutes away by car. Very private.

Très belle maison, bien équipée et au calme

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 2 semaines, nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Quel calme ! La maison est très bien située (proximité de la voie rapide, mais on l'entend à peine) et permet un accès aux commodités ainsi qu'aux différents sites facilement. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne nous a manqué pour passer de supers vacances... Si ce n'est peut-être une seconde salle de bain, lorsque l'on est plus de 4 ? (Mais ça nous le savions, c'est indiqué dans l'annonce). Contact efficace avec la propriétaire. Je recommande !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mes amis, très bon accueil, l’hôte s’est montrée très serviable. Maison très spacieuse avec toutes les comodités nécessaires, nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Très belle maison familiale, Bien agencée, literie et mobilier de qualité. Grande terrasse couverte qui permet de vivre en extérieur. Piscine très bien entretenue et sécurisée dans un jardin arboré. Table de ping-pong à disposition. Parking intérieur pour nos 3 voitures. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, chacun à su trouver sa place. Votre maison est accueillante, on se sent vite "Chez soi"! De plus très bien situé on peu faire Bordeaux et Arcachon en train. Je recommande vivement ! Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Agréable maison au calme avec belle situation

Nous avons séjournés dans cette belle et grande maison pour nos vacances avec nos quatre enfants dont trois en bas âge. Une maison très agréable à l'image de ses proprietaires Nathalie et Eric que nous remercions pour leur gentillesse, leurs disponibilité et réactivité, ainsi que leur discrétion.Des gens digne de confiance à l'écoute de vos attentes, et mettant tout en oeuvre pour vous satisfaire. Une maison très bien située, en bordure de forêt, sans vis à vis avec très peu de passage.Calme et tranquillité garanties. Les propriétaires nous ont fournies tout les équipements nécessaires pour nos bébés.Lits parapluies,chaises hautes et autres.ce qui est assez rare je dois dire. Pour ce qui est du reste des équipements de la maison, tout est impeccable, linges de maison très propres et frais, litteries confortable,équipements de bonnes qualité, il n'y manque rien, on sent que c'est une maison qui vie.Une cuisine équipée de tout ce dont il faut pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. Quand à l'extérieur de la maison une propriété fermée et sécurisée avec une grande coure, super pour laisser les enfants jouer en toute sécurité.Une spacieuse terrasse ombragée surplombant le jardin avec sa piscine clôturée et sécurisée par une alarme, le tout donnant sur une forêt. La maison est proche de toutes les commodités (commerces ,activités, plages.loisirs) Satifaction garantie. Merci encore Nathalie et Eric pour avoir été arrangeant en toute circonstance.
