About 160m2 of terraces, patios, sunny pergolas facing south / west with furniture.
A convertible sofa has been added in the bedroom: 2 places + 1 double bed
a view overlooking the sea, an Asian patio, pergolas for quiet dinner or lunch in the back or aperitif evening in the back kitchen
A unique decoration published in a magazine, high-tech kitchen equipped
All the necessary equipment since it is occupied in winter.
