Séjour sympa proche de la mer: un plus lorsqu'on a des petits pour profiter de la plage sans contraintes. Environnement calme et communication facile avec Veronique et son frère qui habite sur place.

Das war ein Reinfall

Wir haben uns für das Apartement von Véronique nicht zuletzt aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen entschieden. Unsere Bewertung fällt anders aus. Véronique, die Vermieterin, haben wir kein einziges Mal gesehen. Ihr Bruder hat uns freundlich, aber ziemlich flapsig eingewiesen und hatte es eilig, zu seiner Boule-Verabredung zu kommen. Véroniques Bruder, seine Frau und sein Sohn leben seit einem Jahr dauerhaft im 1. Stock des Gebäues und nicht nur am Wochenende. Das Ferienapartement liegt direkt darunter. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Im Ferienapartement hört man auch kleinste Geräusche von oben. Das Haus von Véronique ist älteren Datums, z.B. sind die Elektroleitungen/Steckdosen auf Putz. Halbwegs neu ist die Küchenzeile und der Fußboden in der Küche, auch die Fenster scheinen in den letzten 20 Jahren erneuert worden zu sein. Die Einrichtung des Apartements ist „zusammengestopselt“. Was man zu Hause nicht mehr wollte war offenbar gut genug für die Ferienwohnung. Die Wertigkeit der Einrichtung entspricht so in etwa der Wertigkeit von Sachen in Möbellagern des Roten Kreuzes. Neue Matratzen wären dringend erforderlich gewesen. Man könnte noch vieles sagen. Bezeichnend ist, dass unter Tischbeinen gefaltete Papierstreifen waren. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft extrem langsam ab, nach kurzer Zeit läuft es aus der Dusche und verursacht im Bad Überschwemmung. Die Handbrause funktionierte nicht. Dies alles sind nur wenige Beispiele.

Des criques dans le Var au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit bien placé,(criques et restaurants à deux pas), bien équipé, Véronique est très disponible. Les Oursinieres est un quartier familial et calme.

très bien, je recommande.

l'emplacement est super pour ceux qui cherchent le calme tout en restant proche des commerces etc. Le logement est bien équipé, suffisamment spacieux très bien situé (1min a pieds du bord de mer),au calme dans la végétation (fraicheur) avec une terrasse bien exposée au frais. Nous avons été très bien reçu, propriétaires et voisins vraiment discret mais présent et a l'écoute en cas de besoin. Aucun vis a vis, on a passé un bon moment au calme en profitant des extérieurs avec un cadre vraiment sympa et une petite vue sur la mer. Nous reviendrons.

Super Location, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Sehr sauberes Appartment mit allem was wir brauchten. Sehr bequemes Bett (Bettdecke sehr groß ca. 2,5x2,5) . Die schattige Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter und Familie. Sehr hilfreich und immer ansprechbar. Der Hafen um die Ecke toll, schöne Restaurants um die Ecke. Gerne wieder.

Magnifique séjour aux Oursinières

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux aux oursinières, l'appartement de Véronique bien équipé est idéalement situé, ce qui nous permettait d'aller à la plage à pied et de faire quelques randonnées car nous étions proches de la colle noire. Véronique et son frère sont des gens très sympathiques et discrets. C'est une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour peut être en arrière saison.

Situation idéale à côté du port

Idéalement située à côté du petit port, du club de plongée, de la plage, d'une crique, 4 restaurants le port des Oursinières est une voie sans issue donc super calme. Pas ou peu besoin de la voiture car on a tout sur place point de vue détente et sport. Pour les amateurs on trouve des pistes de pétanque à côté du port(le tout à 2'). Epicerie dans le village à côté à 20-25' à pied par le sentier du littoral. Appartement bien ombragé donc pas d'exès de chaleur(pour les plus sensibles tout de même quelques piqûres de moustique mais si on veut de l'ombre :) ) et on a profité de la clim qui est tout de même la bienvenue. Exellent séjour et propriétaire discret. Nous y retournerons plonger. Cdlt Pascal et Virginie

Ruhige, idyllische Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Grill. Es gibt eine große Terasse mit Meerblick und einen kleinen Garten. Die Vermieter sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso diskret und rücksichtsvoll. Hafen und Strand sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, dennoch wohnt man ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Baden, Marktbesuchen und Städtetripps ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lieben Dank an Véronique und Philip!!!

Basisvakantieappartement voor prima prijs

De omgeving van Le Pradet is prachtig en het is fijn om met de voet naar het strand te gaan binnen 1 minuut. De woning moet door de huurders worden schoongemaakt en bij ons was dit niet correct gebeurd. Jammer want daarom moest ik eerst zelf het huis schoonmaken. Daarbij komt dat er weinig tot geen schoonmaakmiddelen tot de beschikking zijn. In de advertentie wordt benoemd dat er handdoeken aanwezig zijn. Die zijn niet aanwezig. Tevens was er geen fohn aanwezig. Verder verliep de communicatie goed met de verhuurder. Er werd gezorgd voor iemand die vertaalde bij aankomst en vertrek. We hebben genoten van zon, zee en strand dus al met al een fijne vakantie voor een mooie prijs!

Maison proche du port.

Propriétaire sympathique et à l écoute. La maison possède toute les commodités nécessaires à nos vacances : cuisine équipée , salle d eau moderne et fonctionnelle, lave linge, plancha, barbecue... Une terrasse avec un petit aperçu sur la mer. La boulangerie ainsi qu un petit magasin de première nécessité se trouve à 1,5km en passant par le sentier le long de la plage , petite balade matinale très agréable. Le port et la plage sont à deux minutes à pied.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung, 5 Fußminuten zum Meer

Ideal für uns 2 Erwachsene (Platz für 2 weitere Personen im Wohnzimmerteil aber null Privatsphäre). Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer neu und modern. Sehr sauber, genug Schrankplatz. Das alte, abgenutzte Mini-Bad allerdings nur für Fans der 60er/70er-Jahre... Renovierung wäre super! (Deshalb 'nur' 4 Sterne.) Die Besitzerfamilie wohnt in der Nähe und benutzt die obere Wohnung am Wochenende, sehr diskret und rücksichtsvoll. Mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus: die große Terrasse mit Schatten (die Sonne kommt erst spät am Nachmittag), einen Kiesplatz unterm großem Baum (auch fürs Auto), ein bisschen Sonne und Windschutz hinterm Haus unter der Bougainvillea und für Sonnenanbeter den windgeschützen, abgesenkten Gartenteil. Das Meer ist so nah aber man sieht nur wenig davon. Zu Fuß in 2 Minuten ist man am Felsstrand, in 5 Minuten an der (wellengeschützen) Kiesbucht, teilweise sogar mit Schatten! Und ein paar Autominuten weiter gibt es schöne Sandstrände. Kleiner Hafen, drei Restaurants, großer Pétanque-Platz, sehr ruhig, nur kleine Boote. Den Bäcker und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft kann man auch über Küstenpfad erreichen, ein herrlicher Morgenspaziergang! Definitiv ein Plätzchen zum Wiederkommen!! Ideal for us two adults (place for two more people on the sofa in the livingroom-part, but no privacy). Bedroom, livingroom, kitchen newly furnished, modern. Very clean, enough storage space. But the old, used mini-bathroom is only for fans of the 60ies/70ies... a renovation would be great, that's the reason for 'only' 4 stars instead of 5. The owners live in the area and use the upstairs-appartment on weekends, very considerate and discrete. Several outdoor-possibilities: big, shady terrace (the sun doesn't come until the late afternoon), the pebblestone area under a big tree (also for the car), a little sun and windshelter behind the house under the Bougainvillea and for sun-lovers the little windsheltered sunken garden-part. The sea is so close but you get only a little glimpse of it. There is a rocky area within 2 walking minutes, the wave-sheltered pebble bay (partly shady!) in 5, and the sand-beaches, within a couple car-minutes. A little harbour, 3 restaurants, big pétanque-place, very quiet, only small boats. Bakery/grocer also accessible by coastal path, a fine morning-walk! Definitely a place to return to!!

Dans l'ensemble ce petit appartement est convenable. Je mettrai toutefois un bémol concernant la salle de bain qui est très exiguë et qui mériterait vraiment d'être refaite car trop ancienne et peu pratique (particulièrement la douche ; beaucoup trop petite). Par contre la cuisine, le séjour et la chambre sont très agréables. Le jardin bien arboré avec petite vue sur la mer, et un joli coin repos très intimiste. Seul regret concernant l'environnement de la location, le manque de magasins de première nécessité (boulangerie, épicerie etc). Mais une grande tranquillité, pas de bruit.
