Rien à redire sur la propreté et le décor de chambre.Lors de la réservation de celle ci j avais demandé d avoir accès à partir de 11 h du matin ,ce qui ne semblait pas poser de problème.A mon arrivée j ai du insister pour rentrer ,réveillant sans doute les personnes de l accueil qui ont accepté "à titre exceptionnel".. Accueil légèrement désagréable.

Hôtel de plus de 220 chambres quasiment vide, on nous a appelé le matin même pour dire que la chambre était annulée puis on nous a rappelé pour nous dire qu’ils avaient trouvé une solution avec un lit d’appoint?! matelas à changer, serviettes tachées et trouées à changer également, pas de savon, bruyant fenêtre sur route passante, patron très désagréable et de mauvaise foie. on n’a toujours pas compris pourquoi on nous a mis avec mes enfants de bas âge seules au 2eme étage avec lit d’appoint et isolées dans un hôtel quasiment vide (on n’a croisé absolument personne!)
