this family home for 50 years has been regularly improved to ensure maximum comfort in a very cozy setting. The decor is that of a very comfortable charming house that we offer for rental;
Very close to the beach, the port, the wild coast and its coves, near La Baule, its location allows you to choose the setting and the activity that will suit you best.
The very sporty environment, the proximity to the sailing center allows practically all activities, sailing of course, golf (3 courses), diving, horse riding on La Baule beach, fishing, shore fishing (Pouliguen beach at low tide is an extraordinary playground for children), 2 clubs are dedicated to them on Pouliguen beach.
I could speak at length, so this region is rich and that it has retained all its charm between the modernity and the dynamism of La Baule, the traditional charm of Croisic and its fishing tradition, the amazing ecosystem of the salt marshes of Guerande which has always brought this mild and sunny microclimate to our region.

Maison agréable et très bien située, à qq minutes à pied de la plage du Nau et du centre ville du Pouliguen.Bien équipée. Manque néanmoins de meubles dans la cuisine pour ranger les courses.Vis-à-vis assez important avec les voisins depuis la terrasse.Entrée et départ avec boîte à clés, sans soucis.

Superbes vacances !

Cette maison a le mérite d’être située à la fois dans une rue très calme, idéale pour le repos et en même temps à proximité du port du Pouliguen et de la plage. Elle est lumineuse et accueillante, l’intérieur est charmant et fonctionnel. Bref, idéale pour des vacances. La relation avec le propriétaire a été optimale, il est à l’écoute et bienveillant. Merci !

Sympathique maison avec excelllente Proximite du centre ville et plage. Terrasse bien ensoleillee et equipee. Necessite neanmoins quelques rafraichissements .

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la maison du Pouliguen. Super accueil par Anne Sur place et Eric à distance. Tous 2 très disponibles pouvant être contactés sans aucun souci. Les horaires d'arrivée/départ sont flexibles en cas de besoin (ce qui était notre cas en raison de nos enfants en bas âge). La maison est super, bien équipée, joliment décorée, très bien isolée et chauffée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Emilie et Aurelien

Maison bien equipee et bien placée dans le pouliguen. Cependant ne correspond pas à la description de l'annonce (salon, places assises salle à manger, Chambres à l'étage tres peu hautes de plafond, cuisine, jardin terrasse). Le voisinage est calme mais la maison est très bruyante tout s'entend d'un étage à l'autre et d'une pièce à l'autre. Par conséquent le prix payé ne correspond pas à la maison et est trop élevé.

Un séjour très agréable dans une belle région, une jolie maison accueillante ,pimpante avec une âme

Cette maison est charmante, claire et décorée avec goût. On sent que c'est une maison de famille qui vous accueille. C'est clair, propre et bien équipé. La ville du Pouliguen est très agréable, nombreux restaurant au bord du port. Aux alentours Le Croisic, Guérande, les marais salants, la Cote sauvage et pour ceux qui aiment La Baule, il y a de quoi s'occuper. J'y retournerais volontiers. Les propriétaires et la personne qui vous accueillent sont charmants eux aussi.

Très jolie maison

Petite maison très bien aménagée, avec tout le nécessaire en termes de confort. Emplacement idéal tout près de la mer, et du centre du Pouliguen, tout peut se faire à pied. Accueil très agréable.
