Garden on the ground floor of the cottage, not directly accessible from the inside. Communal parking in front of the apartment. This cottage has been carefully renovated by the family, blending old-world charm with modern comforts. A warm atmosphere features exposed beams and tasteful decor. Spacious rooms feature furniture tastefully redesigned by the passionate owner. A small private garden is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. House in the heart of the village of Le Pontet, in the Huiles Valley. Located at the foot of the Belledonne mountain range, the cottage offers immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. In winter, the Collet ski resort is 31 km away. At the gateway to the Maurienne Valley, the apartment is situated at the foot of several major cycling passes: the Grand Cucheron pass (6 km) and the Madeleine pass (50 km).
