In the commune of Le Palais, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 60 m² house for rent, a 15-minute walk from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 50 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optic) included, bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request.

The accommodation includes :
Ground floor :
- 25 m² living room with stone wall, sofa, TV and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and tilt-and-turn window
- Separate WC with tilt-and-turn window

First floor :
- Office area with printer, pencils, board games, playing cards, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×200) and one single bed (90×190) with cot, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, bedside table and clock radio.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) with bedside table, clock radio, closet and shelving.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A beautiful, enclosed, private, south-facing 50 m² garden with two flower beds and rose bushes.
- A 10 m² wooden terrace with table and chairs, two deckchairs and plancha to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Le Palais, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops, as well as the market every morning, stores, restaurants, bars, market...
