AT THE FOOT OF THE HILL BETWEEN LAND AND SEA. Adorable studio type 2 classified 2 stars (30m2 approx), air-conditioned, very clean, very well equipped, including: small living room with 1 boat bed, (80cm), small American kitchen with multifunction oven, Nespresso, traditional coffee maker, hotplates , dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, plancha, cupboards, An alcove bedroom with a 140 bed (curtain separation with the living room), wardrobe. A bathroom with wc, washing machine, window. Free Wi-Fi connection, television. Shaded terrace with hill view and sea view. Car park. Quiet, close to the beach on foot without crossing a road thanks to a pedestrian underground.
Studio ideal for 2 people. A supplement will be requested for an additional child or adult.
Household linen is washed with Oxytol disinfectant.
1 km 500 from Lavandou, 4 km from Bormes ... 30 km from St Tropez.

Great place to stay for a holiday

Our holiday was fantastic, the lady Mrs Tania Ernst is such a lovely person, very kind and helpful and we are happy to go back next year, i will recommend the place , not far away from the beach, less than 10 minutes walk. Thank you for everything Tania! See you soon!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location, bien équipée et très bien située. Le studio est conforme aux photos, il est cosy et bien aménagé, la terrasse est bien agréable avec une jolie vue sur la mer. La plage de St Clair, située à quelques minutes à pied est très plaisante et pour ceux qui souhaiteraient prendre le bus, un arrêt se trouve en bas de la rue. La situation de cette location nous a permis de rayonner sur un ample périmètre : Bormes les mimosas, St Tropez, Hyères, Toulon, l'Abbaye du Thoronet, le domaine de Rayol. Merci à la propriétaire Mme Ernst, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Le joli coq chantant de Saint Clair

L accueil à été très chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de cet emplacement, dans un décor particulier et une vue magnifique (a proximité d un réservoir naturel). Optimal pour de belles balades a pieds à quelques pas du Lavandou centre. L hôte est très gentille et nous a donné pleins de renseignements culturels et historiques. S&K

merveilleux séjour

Une des meilleurs location que nous ayons eut il ne manque absolument rien et très coquet. Idéalement situé à la fois au calme et proche de tout avec une vue mer dégagée, une terrasse ombragée et parking privatif on peut tout faire à pied, la magnifique plage de saint Clair, le Lavandou, aller au restaurant... Un accueil exceptionnel avec madame Ernst qui a été au petit soin pour nous et plein de bonnes intentions et de conseils pour visiter et apprécier cette merveilleuse région. C'est vraiment une personne à rencontrer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l’appartement, le cadre est magnifique avec vue sur la mer. L’appartement est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos, il dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Madame Ernst a été très accueillante et chaleureuse ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement ;)

Superbe !!! avec vue sur la mer

Tania est exceptionnelle, un accueil chaleureux, avec de très bons conseils pour les lieux, et restaurants à découvrir aux alentours. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, et à proximité de la plage (~500 mètres) et des restaurants.

Merveilleux séjour au Lavandou

Ce logement très agréable et très bien équipé est situé à 10 minutes de marche de la merveilleuse plage de Saint Clair. Le chemin des peintres et le sentier des douaniers permettent d’accéder à pied au port du Lavandou tout en profitant d’un panorama sur la Méditerranée . Ce logement est spacieux et la terrasse ombragée est bien agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier et sommes très contents d’avoir rencontré Madame Ernst qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit une réussite.

superbe semaine, Tania est merveilleuse d'une grande gentillesse . Logement très propre, nous n'avons manquer de rien, le logement est très bien équipé, ce que j'ai apprécier le plus c'est le calme complet. Superbe plage à 10mn à pied . Je recommande cette location. Merci encore à Tania.

Angenehm Ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel, sehr nette Vermieterin.

Die Ferienwohnung lieht ca 12 min zu Fuß vom Strand in St. Clair. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochn freundlich und hat immer gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen oder zu Lokalen parat. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, vonder Größe für 2 Persohnen sehr empfehlenswert. Der Zugang ist nicht behindertengerecht.

C'était tout fantastique!

L'appartament n'est pas loin à pied de la plage St. Clair (très jolie)..l'appartement est bien équipé (on y trouve tout)idéal pour 3 personne. ...et à ne pas oublier la gentillesse de la madame Tania. ..à notre arrivée elle avait mis dans le frigo une bouteille d'eau fraîche et une de vin (très bon) merci beaucoup pour tout! !!

Au calme, avec le soleil et la vue mer!

Location propre et bien équipée, chambre spacieuse, terrasse avec vue sur mer et les îles d'or. Très bien située, au calme avec la nature environnante. Restaurants et plage à proximité. Mme Ernst est une propriétaire très sympathique qui saura vous donner de bons conseils. Encore un grand merci à elle! Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
