Great apartment next to the beach

We had a great time at this cozy and fully equipped apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The residence is ideal for families with young children as it is a few meters from the beach and a kids pool and small playground. Internet is available but you need to pay for it (euro 15/25 per week depending is it's basic or full speed) and it is not always reliable. Laetitia was a great host and welcomed us and assisted with all our needs.

Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, neuwertig, alles super in Schuss. Viele liebevolle Details, alles gut durchdacht. Zudem sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie einem Ehepaar, das vor Ort die Übergabe regelt. Garagenparkplatz inklusive, 50m zu Fuß an den Strand, keine Straße, kein VerkehrslĂ€rm. Juni ist eine super Reisezeit, nicht zu voll, nicht zu teuer, nicht zu heiß. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Cet appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances parfaites. Spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec une vue idyllique, en particulier de la seconde terrasse. C’est l’un des mieux placĂ© de la rĂ©sidence. Il est vrai que les places de parking sont extrĂȘmement Ă©troites, mais utilisables avec quelques manƓuvres, mĂȘme avec un monospace. L’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La plage est saturĂ©e l’aprĂšs-midi, mais trĂšs abordable le matin, avec une eau azure proche de 30 degrĂ©s, le rĂȘve. Parfait pour une semaine de farniente, nous gardons l’adresse !

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der Wohnung und der Umgebung verbracht. Die Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse ist wunderschön. Abends auf der Dachterrasse bei Meeresrauschen in den Sternenhimmel schauen sehr romantisch. Die RĂ©sidence ist Ă€ußerst gepflegt, conviviale, grĂŒn und liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Es gibt viele intelligente Lösungen fĂŒr Stauraum, fĂŒr uns drei war es super. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte weit entfernt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr die Entdeckung der wunderschönen Umgebung an der KĂŒste und im Hinterland ist Pramousquier ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fĂŒhlten. FĂŒr Fragen war unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort immer erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank dafĂŒr! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren nach Pramousquier in wechselnde UnterkĂŒnfte und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Von „abgewohnt“ kann keine Rede sein, die „GerĂŒche“ (leerer Siphon der Badewanne) waren verschwunden, nachdem alle Becken, Dusche und Wanne durchgespĂŒlt wurden. Toller Blick direkt auf das Meer. Tolle Übergabe durch Letizia vor Ort. Gern wieder!

Abgewohnte Wohnung, ĂŒbler Geruch (unklar woher), Parkplatz viel zu klein und fĂŒr normale Autos schlicht unbrauchbar. Wohnung ist so eng, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Das GepĂ€ck muss mindestens 100 m und ĂŒber unzĂ€hlige Treppen getragen werden.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer đŸ‘đŸŒ

Es war sehr schön, traumhaft schöner Aussicht vom Ballkon und auch von der Terasse. Kleine aber feine KĂŒche. Viel Platz fĂŒr Sport AktivitĂ€ten, die Wohnung war sauber ! Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung auf jendenfall weiter empfehlen.đŸ˜ŠđŸ‘đŸŒ Nur eins hat mich gestört und zwar am Strad das man fĂŒr auf die Toilette immer angezogen und den SchlĂŒssel im Restaurant holen musste. Nur eine Toilette! Schade.🙁

Das modern eingerichtete Apartment lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle usw. Besonders zu erwĂ€hnen sind Balkon und Dachterrasse, wo es einen tollen Blick auf das Meer gibt. 14 Tage haben uns einen sehr entspannten Urlaub bereitet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
