THE RENTAL IS DONE ALL THE YEAR, THE WEEK, THE WEEKEND, OR ON SEVERAL DAYS.
A sported area of 5000 m 2, with century-old oaks and a swing will make the happiness of your family. (a wonderful view when you are in the pool).
The cottage is composed of two double rooms in 140, a room with a bed in 110 and the last with a bedding in 90. Covers at your disposal, the cottage will be heated before your arrival for a better comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The living room is equipped with a flat screen and a wrought iron sofa very comfortable.
The walk - in shower and its round pebble floor will give you a taste of the LA DORDOGNE river.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
A cot with a mattress and a high chair are at your disposal.
You have FREE WIFI, as well as a secure location for your vehicle.
It is forbidden to smoke in the cottage and unfortunately our pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are not provided.
A swimming pool with a light gray liner 9 x 4 meters and 1.40 meters deep, equipped with an alarm for the safety of children has been in use since summer 2017 (reopening in May 2018) .The coping and terrace of the pool are in real stone .Loungers are available.When you are in the water, you will have a magnificent view of the woods and trees.
Ten minutes from the cottage is the town TERRASSON with its local open air market, and regional products. On the heights, you will discover the old town and its shops open at night (glassblower and others), its fully restored church, as well as the opportunity to visit the gardens of the imagination. In Sarlat, 35 km, the theater games festival takes place from July 19 to August 4, 2018. It is the oldest of its category after Avignon, the first of Aquitaine and one of the most famous of France.
In the city of MONTIGNAC, there are the world famous LASCAUX 4 caves (inaugurated in December 2016), but also the international folk festival which will take place from July 23 to 29, 2018. (Brazil, Botswana, Niger, Palestine, Portugal, Romania , Spain, Costa Rica, China).
