Travaillant sur la trinité je suis resté près de 7 mois dans ce joli haut de maison tout équipé conforme aux attentes (du 01/06/15 au 20/12/15). Très fonctionnel avec une propriétaire très sympathique j'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Très belle location, propre et fonctionnelle. Les patios toujours aérés sont très agréables pour la lecture et les repas. Les chambres climatisées sont parfaites. Accueil très sympathique de la part d'Armande, très aidante et pleine de conseils, disponible. Maison conforme aux photos, très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et propre. Climatisation dans les chambres, environnement calme et reposant. A deux pas du port, proche des commodités en voiture Situation pratique pour visiter la Martinique du Sud au Nord dans faire trop de voiture et en évitant les bouchons de Fort de France! Maison conseillée!

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Le François est une base idéale pour circuler facilement à travers toute la Martinique. Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire, qui donne de judicieux conseils pour faciliter le séjour. Située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, la villa est en tous points conforme aux photos publiées sur le site. Très bien équipée, aussi bien en ce qui concerne les pièces à vivre (télévision, radio....) que dans la cuisine (tous les équipements essentiels sont à disposition). La chambre (nous n'en disposions que d'une) est climatisée (un havre de fraicheur extrêmement appréciable). Les immenses vérandas (également bien équipées avec le mobilier adéquat) offrent diverses possibilités pour les repas. ou la détente. En résumé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable.

Tranquilité, reposante , idéalement située

La villa est conforme à l'annonce, elle est très pratique , ventilée, avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable, à deux pas , il y a deux restaurants de cuisine créole que je vous recommande. le port est à 100m où vous pouvez acheter du poisson frais dès le retour des pêcheurs, de la aussi , les départs pour les ilets pour y passer une journée inoubliable et la baignoire de Joséphine. et puis le soir au retour vous êtes au calme. Le François est au centre de la Martinique, idéal pour visiter le Nord comme le Sud sans trop de distance en une journée. Un plus; la propriétaire est très sympathique.
