La Maison très bien située, joliment décorée très agréable et spacieuse. Un sèche linge aurait été apprécié avec la météo capricieuse mais hormis ce détail, c'était parfait!

Wunderbare Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses auf einem sehr guten Niveau, vor allem, was die Küche angeht. Alle Küchengeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist etwas älter (70-80 Jahre), jedoch in einem guten Zustand. Das einzige Minus war, dass wir die Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlen mussten, was bei der Buchung nicht klar gewesen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Strände. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei und die Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nous avons passez de tres bonne vacances dans la maison d'Anne-Marie. La maison edt agréable, calme, les pièces sont grandes, le jardin a permi aux enfants de jouer dehors et j'ai beaucoup aimé d'appercevoir l'ocean depuis la fenetre de la cuisine.

Einfach, aber praktisch

Die Ankunft war etwas problematisch: Die Vermieterin war verreist und die Concierge ging nicht ans Telefon. Trotzdem haben wir es schließlich geschafft, das Objekt zu beziehen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings riecht es überall muffig wie im Kölner Dom. Der Geruch geht in alle Kleidungsstücke - auch in die ungetragenen. Er ist erst mit mehreren Wäschen wieder zu entfernen.

Vacances au Conquet dans une grande maison

Malheureusement, l’humidité et le renfermé étaient présents… on a ouvert en grand tous les jours, et tout ce qui restait de nos habits non portés, on a dû tout relaver… sinon emplacement très agréable, la plage toute à côté, un point négatif pour la commune, le ramassage des ordures tous les 15 jours.

Dommage !

Le Conquet : très bien . Beaux paysages . Maison des années 60-70 spacieuse et bien située, bien agencée.. Couleurs de cette époque . Ensemble sombre malgré des murs repeints Jardin bien entretenu. Bon chauffage . Les points noirs : 1- LA PROPRETÉ +l'odeur de renfermé pendant 4 ou 5 jours .Problème de propreté dans cuisine, particulierement les tiroirs que nous avons dû renettoyer ( cadavres insectes, araignées) couverts assiettes à relaver + un drap avec taches et débris poils ? plumes ? que nous avons demandé à changer+ poussiere un peu partout 2- EQUIPEMENT CUISINE très insuffisant pour 6 en particulier PAS DE VRAI FOUR , juste plaque et micro-ondes, 2 casseroles , 2 poeles 1 cocotte . Nous avons dû racheter bols . Couverts style "cantine". Pas de fer à repasser. Les vieux appareils ( lave-linge, aspirateur,) ainsi que la TV marchent correctement . Il est clair que nous avons " essuyé les plâtres". La personne chargée de la maison a eu l'intelligence de nous dépanner au maximum, et les locataires suivants n'auront probablement pas les mêmes déconvenues .
