It is a 140 m² house with a swimming pool located in Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The house has a fenced garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, a private heated swimming pool (open from 16 April to 1 October, heated to 28°) and an outdoor parking area. Within the house itself, you will find internet access via Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer and a connected speaker. As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, an Espresso coffee machine with beans, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
