The Lazy S is located near the low water crossing on River Road at Seven Bluff. Only a short 15 min drive to Garner state park. Enjoy a short walk to the Frio by day and relax with a game of pool in the detached cantina by night. The cantina features a wet bar, pool table, darts, and a big screen TV for all your entertainment needs. Outdoors you will find a covered porch surrounding ¾ of the home with generous outside seating for you to relax and watch the wildlife roam on our spacious private lot.

House was great. Was a little longer walk to the frio than expected. Other than that had plenty of room for our group.

Mice in the kitchen and fireplace. Called 24 hour service 3 times and no one answered. Management did bring glue traps the next day, then we had to pick up 4 dead mice and dispose . Keurig was broken. Trash left in bedrooms. Keypad to enter didn’t work. No video arcade game as pictured. Pool sticks all had que missing. Broken darts for dart board. Hair and bugs in sheets. Supposedly getting some refund but haven’t yet.
