Villa Olea

Die Villa Olea befindet sich in einer Residenz mit 10 Apartments und nutzt die Gemeinschaftsbereiche der Residenz und bietet Ihnen gleichzeitig Privatsphäre. Es wurde im Jahr 2000 erbaut und bietet einen Gemeinschaftspool (10 x 5 m; 1 - 1,4 m tief; geöffnet vom 1./15. Juni bis ca. 15. September geschlossen), einen großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, einen Grill und einen Parkplatz. Nur 1,5 km entfernt finden wir die Stadt Lazise mit Geschäften und Restaurants, das nächste Restaurant ist 50 m entfernt. Von der Unterkunft aus ist der Strand ca. 1,2 km entfernt, da man für den Zugang das Zentrum von Lazise erreichen muss, da es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich ist, die gegenüberliegenden Campingplätze zu durchqueren, wenn man kein Gast ist.

Die Villa ist in zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilt:

Befindet sich im Zwischengeschoss und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, Küchenecke mit Essbereich, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es befindet sich ebenfalls im Zwischengeschoss und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, Tisch und Stühlen, Küchenecke, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.
