A cosy apartment complex with 8 rental holiday apartments built in 2000, nice swimming pool with sunchairs and umbrellas (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), big garden with olive grove, barbecue, table and chairs for outside dining, one parking space in the garage for each apartment (height 210 cm, limited room for manoeuvre). The distance to Lazise center and to the beach is approx. 1200 mt. A good restaurant/pizzeria is just 20 mt far. In the apartment complex there is also a beauty center. The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre.
Two-rooms corner apartment located on the first floor of approximately 42 sqm, composed by double bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed-sofa, table with chairs, kitchenette with coffe machine, toaster, small fridge with freezer, microwave, bathroom with shower box and window. Nice balcony with partial lake view with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with safe, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi Fi.
Thanks to the big garden with olive groves, barbecue and the beautiful swimmingpool, these apartments are much appreciated by families with children and group of friends.

in the middle of everything
if you like to dive into the impulsive tourist life at Garda Lake, but you want only 10 minutes to reach the beach by foot, then this is the place for you! Btw. we had a fantastic Lake View!

Schöner Spontanurlaub
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist überraschend groß und im Kleiderschrank ist reichlich Platz. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer ist es ein wenig eng, wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt ist. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und den Kindern hat der Pool besonders gefallen. Leider ist ein direkter Zugang zum See über die Campingplätze Verboten und man muss einen längeren Weg auf sich nehmen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Gardasee.

Es hat uns gefallen.
Schneller Check-in, saubere Wohnung. Sehr nette und saubere Anlage. Gute Lage: Stadtzentrum problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Ordentlicher Parkplatz (Tiefgarage), allerdings sind Ein-und Ausfahrt so eng, dass nur ein Auto durchpasst.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Agentur ist sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet und außer eines Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Schöner Balkon und Pool, toller Garten. Die Heizung ist leider sehr abgenutzt, sodass unlesbar. Kein direkter Zugang zum See, nach ca. 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß dort. Gemütlich, schön!

Tolle und saubere Unterkunft!
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht das Zentrum von Lazise in weniger als 10 Minuten. Pool und Garten sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Kleiner Nachteil: Aufgrund der Nähe zur Straße hört man auf dem Balkon relativ stark den Verkehr.

Kleine, feine, saubere Ferienwohnung
Pool, Anlagen, Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt. Der Fernsehempfang ist tadellos. Das Parken in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im näheren Umfeld. Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen eigenen Internetanschluss. Es steht aber ein kostenloser Hotspot in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Es handelt sich aber um ein ungesichertes Netzwerk. Die Küche verfügt über die notwendige Ausstattung, dieser könnte aber etwas umfangreicher sein. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, eine Spülmaschine wäre wünschenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Tolles Apartment, alles sehr gepflegt!
Tolles Apartment, sehr gepflegt! Schoene Lage - zu Fuß nur 10 min in die Stadt lazise und nur 5 min zum See. Garagenplatz verfügbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: dass es weder ein Geschirrtuch, Spüli, Seife oder Klopapier gab. Dies sollte meiner Meinung nach zur ‘Grundausstattung’ gehören. Da aber der Lidl auch nur ein paar Fahrminuten weg ist, ist das kein großes Problem.
