Wir hatten die Wohnung für eine Nacht gemietet und fanden sie, obwohl sie baulich nicht richtig fertig war, für den Preis okay: geräumig, ruhig, sauber. Große Probleme gab es aber in der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sich erst vier Stunden vor dem Einchecken überhaupt mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt hat, sodass wir - schon eine Weile auf dem Heimweg - gar nicht sicher wussten, ob wir die Wohnung abends beziehen können und wenn ja: wie und wann. Sie war schließlich zwei Stunden später bezugsfertig als angegeben. Meine Versuche, den Vermieter früher zu erreichen, prallten durch einen weggedrückten Anruf bzw. nicht beantwortete schriftliche und mündliche Nachrichten an ihm ab. Auch Fewo war da nicht viel erfolgreicher als wir. Fazit: So bürokratisch-unfreundlich sollte man mit Gästen nicht umgehen; man möchte sich auch menschlich gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Enttäuschend

An und für sich große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Leider stank es im Bad (nach Abfluss?) und die Betten waren offensichtlich benutzt und nicht frisch bezogen. Das Treppenhaus war ungepflegt, schmutzig und roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch. Kein Wunder: In der Ferienwohnung unter uns hauste ein Gruppe von ketterauchenden Bauarbeitern. Urlaubsfeeling kam nicht auf! Eher etwas für Leute, die viel Platz für wenig Geld suchen und keinen großen Wert auf eine nette Umgebung legen. Schwierige Parksituation. Wir haben es vorgezogen, vorzeitig abzureisen.
