Villa Santulli is located in an isolated residence made by 20 villas, all with common use of the tennis court and a private swimming pool in the garden.
The villa is a 250 m² in size with a 550m ² garden. The stunning garden surrounds the property and has several terraces with many beautiful local plants and fruit trees. There is a large wood oven in the garden where you can enjoy preparing your Pizza with a barbecue on the side.
The residence offers 2 large private parking areas, where you can park your cars and your guest ones.
The villa is fully furnished with all the amenities provided, including an Internet connection by USB pendrive and cleaning services if required.
we also have a 11 mt yacht with Capitan/Skipper. so if you are looking for more of an active stay, you can enjoy water skiing, and all equipment will be provided. . The yacht departs from Agropoli Harbour and is only 1 hour from the beautiful Capri, Amalfi Coast. To book the yacht you need to request in advance as we don t guarantee the availability.
