Great location and clean rooms. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable . Nice breakfast spread available in the mornings. The only negative aspect was the poor WIFI signal from the room. The WIFI would cut out and not always function.

Stayed here for two nights, was a lovely area and florence was only 30 mins drive away. Plenty of free parking, lovely outside pool in the hills, lots of bugs around take spray. Good air con, helpful if you speak some italian as not much english known here. Shame about the service in the restraunt on the first night, waitress ignored us for 35 mins saying someone else is coming. Complained to owners daughter who shouted at her (not at our request) and waitress was so so rude to us !, terrible service in that respect. Still added service charge on our bill. Otherwise lovely place, nice and warm and very old farm house rooms, which could do woth some updating.

O local era bem bonito e a limpeza dos quartos era impecável, porém isso não significava não ter problemas... As fotos dos quartos apresentadas no expedia/hoteis.com são as mesmas em todos os tipos de quarto, ou seja, vc pode pagar mais barato ou mais caro e pegar o mesmo quarto. Paguei o mais caro, afinal estava em lua de mel, e fui alocada em um cuja foto também estava no anúncio do mais barato. Não tem edredom de plumas, patio e varanda em todos quartos - atenção. O aquecimento não funcionava ainda e o ar condicionado não tinha controle. Precisamos pedir o controle e o edredom para não passar frio. O quarto "básico" tinha notadamente um problema de esgoto uma vez que no meio da noite acordamos com o cheiro, impossível dormir de tão forte. No dia seguinte, após a reclamação pelo odor, falta dos equipamentos que deveriam fazer parte do quarto automaticamente, uma vez que pagamos o mais caro, nos transferiram de quarto (mas não tínhamos água quente porque alguém esqueceu de deixar o aquecimento ligado). O café da manhã é completo mas básico. O restaurante também deixa a desejar: pedimos uma pizza que deveria vir com gorgonzola, mas veio sem. Tive que pedir pao e um candelabro para nossa mesa porque nunca foi servido, porém o coperto foi rapidamente cobrado. Enfim, mesmo com a boa localização e limpeza, não recomendo e se você for, fique atento aos pontos que citei adiantado para não passar o que passamos.

Perfecto para descansar fuera de la ciudad. Un baño en la preciosa piscina después de andar mucho, es ideal!! Una buena experiencia aunque el hotel está un poco anticuado, aunque por ello, tiene también su encanto.
