**THIS IS A ONE WEEK VACATION RENTAL **
We are renting out our 1 bedroom for the week , “The Grandview”in Las Vegas , Nevada. It’s is 15 minutes from the strip-close to stores, supermarkets,outlet shopping,gas stations & restaurants.
Accommodations are 766 square feet (2 bedrooms upgraded is available 2 weeks prior to check-in,depending on availability )of combined living space featuring a common foyer with separate controlled access for each suite. The spacious one is designed for the guests maximum comfort kitchen, living room and dining room in each suite are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. Designated suites also meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
For A WEEK’S stay is $700 NOT $ 700 FOR A MONTH), which is $ 100 and change for each night.
Unit Features:
Individual living and dining rooms in all suites ceramic tile in living areas.
Fully appointed kitchens equipped with stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven , coffee maker and toaster.
Most needed cookware and service for six dinnerwares included in each suite
Televisions in living room and bedroom
King-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa bed.
