Lovely place with plenty of space

Great space for the price and good location for our needs. Easy to get to the strip and also out to Red Rocks but not in a busy/loud place so our kids slept soundly a night. The unit we were in was showing its age a little but everything worked well (having laundry was a huge bonus) and the space more than made up for it.

We stayed here twice in the last week. First stay 5 stars in every way. Second stay had a few hiccups to mention. If you get a unit next to the street, it will be loud traffic noise. Also, tried to extend a day and was told all bookings are handled through 3rd parties and I would have to check out, leave and check back in. So not really able to extend stay. Minor things to an otherwise peaceful stay. Area is super convenient for shopping, dining, close to red rocks canyon. If you have a car you’ll love it. They have a free shuttle to the strip, but it’s a bit of a game to use and several guests at the pool were unhappy with its difficulty.

Property and room was very clean. Room was spacious. They said thwre was a shuttle to the strip but I never rode it so I can’t comment on that. I loved having easy laundry access and a private balcony.

Honestly I'm not sure how this property has a 9.2 rating. Our room was kind of dated and not equipped like shown in the pictures. Instead of a granite counter top we had damaged corian counters. The fire place, shown in the pictures, didn't exist. The kitchen is barely equipped with anything, only 1 pan, 2 pots, no blender, no oven sheets. We booked for 4 but there was only 1 small pillow and a mattress cover in the closet. No blanket, no sheets, nothing. After calling the front desk they told us to come down to get the missing items. You'd think they bring it to the room!? Unfortunately they weren't able to find the missing things and told me to wait. After waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes they had a sheet for me and told me that someone will bring the pillows and blanket to the room. The floors inside the unit need a deep clean!! It doesn't appear that there was a mop used recently at all.After walking a few steps without shoes our feet were dirty. Also, we had sticky spots on our floor throughout the kitchen. There's also a lot of dirt underneath the couch. 1 day the gym was closed from morning until afternoon for maintenance. I do understand the need of maintenance but maybe it would have been more guest friendly to close the gym at maybe 11am to give guests a chance to work out in the morning. Also the waterline tiles around the pool and hot tub need cleaning. In some areas you cant even tell that the tiles are blue. Other than that it's a nice and quiet propert

Nice. Average apartment size. It was convenient for our event. Bathroom tub plumbing needs to be cleaned and the toilet seat needs to be tightened. Would stay there again.

We were here from Oct 3-9 2025 for our family reunion, place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Tho, the kitchen counter/cabinets could use some upgrades, it looked a little rundown but other than that everything else was perfect! Front desk was very hospitable and friendly. Would I stay here again? YES, I’d love to stay here again! If you’re looking for a place away from all the noise and craziness of Las Vegas this is definitely your place! great place to stay except the air con sounds like a jumbo jet and there is a foul smell occasionally which may be from the ac. apart from those 2 things i highly recommend the cliffs.

We really enjoyed the "home away from home" this provided us with at the end of a stressful day of making funeral arrangements for family member, making arrangements for 87 y/o wife of deceased with dementia, and cleaning out the home of said family members. It is clean, comfortable, convenient and far more than a room with two beds and a tv. It was nice to be able to come back and relax and unwind as a family.

It seems to be apartments that are now rented out as a hotel room. Very nice property. Room was 2 bedroom like a small apartment. I would have liked ceiling fans in bedrooms our air conditioning didn’t get to the back bedroom but other areas stayed cool. The walls are thin and we were downstairs and could hear kids running upstairs
