The Space:
The space is a perfect balance of work and play. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs with multiple workstations, and also a home office for privacy. High-Speed internet so you don't miss a beat. Also there are tons of games and activities to do if you'd like to unwind a little. There is outdoor seating with a covered patio. BBQ grill is outside as well. Amazing Pool (Outdoor Lap Pool) The house has a rustic and desert contemporary feel. There is also a surround sound system in the living room if you'd like to watch a movie. There are basic essentials in the kitchen, but plenty to work with.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please do not disturb the neighbors. This is not a party house. The location is great though. It's close to the freeway, so it's very accessible to Red Rock National Park, as well as Downtown Summerlin. We are also close to groceries stores and shopping, so it'll be easy to stock up on supplies. Not very walkable but very accessible via car. Less than 20 minutes to the Strip, the Airport, and to Fremont St. Also very close to the South Premium Outlets.

Getting Around:
If you aren't driving, then Uber would be the best bet. It's pretty reasonably priced to get anywhere on the Strip.

Other Things to Note:
The pool can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time. The Pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund .

Interaction with Guests:
Minimum interaction with guests. We will do a quick orientation with the guests upon check in. We hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will have a guidebook of attractions, and restaurants at the property.
