Stayed here for one night for a concert and honestly, never again. The room was big, sure, but it took me almost 10 minutes just to figure out where it was because the floor layout made no sense. The real problem? The bed. Total nightmare. Every single move made the loudest squeak you can imagine — like, bad enough that I worried it was shaking the room below. My husband actually woke up at 2 a.m. thinking there was an earthquake, when it was literally just me rolling over. We got almost no sleep, and by morning I felt like a zombie. Driving back to LA on that kind of “rest” didn’t feel safe at all. I mentioned it at checkout, and the front desk couldn’t have cared less. The manager just said engineering would “fix the frame” and looked like she’d heard it a million times. No sorry, no empathy, nothing. The sad thing is, everything else seemed fine. I even told friends this was a good off-Strip option for EV drivers. After this, no way. If a hotel can’t even give you a bed you can sleep in, what’s the point?

I feel the hotel is new and the property is clean, however I dreaded going to bed at night because the beds felt like you were sleeping on abed of bricks. The mattresses were cheap and hard. The hot water stopped working in our room for two days. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean.

Staff are so kind and nice. Everything was perfect except room temperature control system. Thermostat with new technology is so complicated for me. Even hotel staff who came to my room for helping is not easy to control. When I came back hotel room at 1am, the room was so cold because previous guest set it up and it wasn't reset before we check in. I would recommend to make sure the Thermostat reset after check in.

Nice overall stay

Very nice, new property in close proximity to everything. Our room was right next to the pool, which I wouldn't recommend. We had to call down to the front desk because the music was blasting at 7:00 am. It was quickly remedied, which we appreciated. It also took an hour and multiple requests to get wash clothes delivered. The beds are comfy, the pillows not so much. Other than that it was a nice stay overall, and we would definitely stay again.

Pros: Hotel is brand new and has nice amenities such as two pools, a gym, and a bar. Our unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all items we needed for cooking and eating (e.g., pots, plates and cutlery). The hotel is only a few mins from the strip. Cons: The walls are very thin; you can hear people having conversations in the adjacent unit. The beds are somewhat hard and make a lot of squeaky noises. The shower door only covers half of the shower stall and so water tends to spill on the floor. To open doors in the halls, you need to use the hotel app or a physical room key, and often times, we were unable to open the doors because the app or key failed to work.

The hotel is very nice and clean, which was a big plus. However, there was no end to the door problems. The “AI” tech to get in never worked and we constantly had to track someone down to let us in. And saying that they’re dog friendly is a bit of a stretch. You’re not supposed to leave your dog unattended in the room. Why would we stay there with our dog? We’re supposed to take him all over Las Vegas with us? And finally, the beds and couch were like sitting/sleeping on slabs. Pools were fun and the vibe is cool, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I really wanted to love this hotel, but I just couldn’t. It is beautiful and clean which is great compared to other hotels. Our room is very big and spacious which I loved. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove. It’s in a key location next to fast food places and it is not far from the strip. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. You have to download an app to use to access parts of the hotel and your room. We chose this hotel so we can check our bags in the lockers before check in time and of course the lockers weren’t working. So we ended up paying for early check in, went up to our room which was so far from the elevator and the key wouldn’t work, I had to go all the way back down and come all the way back up which again our room was far from the elevator so I was irritated. The beds are super hard, felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood and they are squeaky, with every turn and movement they make a noise. The room has a digital tablet to use which does not work, we tried to use the service button to order more towels which doesn’t work, tried to call the front desk but you need what’s app to communicate. At 2am there were people in the hallways yelling, running and slamming doors for over an hour which had us awake, couldn’t call the front desk because we don’t have what’s app.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

I was able to enter the parking lot on the side. The staff welcomed me and helped with any questions. The hotel is new and very pretty.

Cons & Pros Bad experience, but clean hotel

Cons,Had a few problems at check in, staff wasn't right on location or what was in the room, i was told i would be getting a room with balcony the room didn't a have balcony, wasn't cleaned properly there was half drunk waters in fridge , restroom was locked also had wine lids on floor my 2 year old picked up, needed a balcony so was moved to another room and it still didn't have a balcony! Im Claustrophobic and felt trapped Was told was told i would be moved to another room in the morning but them was told no couldn't be, had issues with room to qr code on kee app on phone had to walk all the way back to front because i could not open the door, not a short walk actually pretty long from room, couldn't get key cards at check in because system was to slow they claimed. Could hear everything from neighbors as walls are thin, beds are hard. Were still working on hotel so had items all in parking lot for construction , could not use elevator close to room due to construction had to walk to other side Pros.Floors in new room was clean, loved the fill kitchen and 2 separate rooms, very very clean and comfortable environment , my kids loved the pools not too crowded, had stove , microwave ,dishes, dishwasher.

Very spacious.

The hotel room was big enough for a party of four. With a door that would divide the living room from the bedroom. A small hallway divided the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Excellent setup for a small group, very spacious we never felt cramped up. Perfect for a fight night weekend or supper bowl watch party.

First the lady who helped the check in process was very nice and helpful. However there was a special event was happening and the bar area is right next to the lobby and loud music was playing, made it really hard to speak and listen. The hotel is very new, and could smell the new paint in the hallway, so things were clean. Also the hotel area and the room were very spacious. But may be it too new, there were things not working. After checking in, we found the room door couldn't be unlocked, neither through the KEE app nor the actual physical key. we had to walk back to the lobby and asked for help. Eventually a couple servicemen came and fixed the lock. But it took an extra 20 minutes just to get into the hotel room. Another unfortunate thing is the noise insulation was pretty bad. Noise from next room could be heard. Also the design of the shower glass screen was too small to block water, and water was spilled all over the floor after a shower. Some minor water damage could be seen on the baseboard near the shower. Also most of the walls in the room and the bathroom are white, too white that it was hurting my eyes a bit, especially in the bathroom when all the lights are on. Overall it is not a bad hotel, especially it is pretty new. Hope things continue to improve and make it a more pleasant stay next time.
