Misleading and dreadfully misrepresented

The property address on my confirmation email was for the room presented in the advertisement in the VRBO app. That property had no knowledge of my reservation whatsoever. I am skeptical of ever doing anything through VRBO for fear of being bamboozled far away from home with a group and not being able to reach anyone or even an answering machine . Ad says help available 24/7
