Welcome to Phoenix House the premiere vacation rental for your authentic Las Vegas experience. Phoenix House is nestled strategically in between the historic Old Town Vegas neighborhood and the glitz and the glamour of The Strip as we know it today.
We can host up to 12 adults (and additional guest under the age of 18 upon approval). This listings price structure allows for smaller groups (under 8 people) to book at the rate you advertised and larger groups (9+ people) to book the listing with a per guest per night fee of $50.00.

The iconic Strat Space Needle is the backdrop to your future oasis getaway. Whether you’re a sports team competing for the championship, a family reunion or getaway, or someone that appreciates feeling at home when visiting Las Vegas the Phoenix House is the perfect accommodations for you.

Located just 3 miles away from the world famous Mob Museum and Old Town Fremont street you can enjoy Vegas like the Rat Pack did back in Vegas mobster heydays!

You’re also located just 3 miles away from the world famous Stratosphere where you can dine On Top Of The World and take in the breathtaking 360º panoramic views of all of Las Vegas.

You’re also just a short 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride away from everything that The Strip has to offer. You’re getting the best of everything Las Vegas has to offer while still having your own peaceful oasis getaway you can call home every night.

Unlike other Rentals we do NOT live in this home so you won’t have to worry about creepy owners looking over your shoulders, we treat this like we own and operate a 5 star hotel.

We use hospital/hotel grade cleaning staff after every visitor checks out. We aren’t just coming around with a moist toilette and wiping the dust off. Our professional staff removes all allergens and uses only natural non abrasive cleaning products. All of our linens are professional cleaned also.

We have round the clock customer service to ensure you don’t get locked out, or that if you have a problem everything gets handled and solved quickly with our world class customer service.

We look forward to having you in Phoenix House. We often have return customers come every year because once they experience Phoenix House’s world class accommodations and service it’s hard to go back to “normal” Rentals.

There have been many times where someone fell in love with the Phoenix House and merely bookmarked our listing without taking action only to find out later that we had been booked and that they now had to stay at a random house in Vegas. Also, we do not charge the standard $250 security deposit most host charge, we change a non refundable management fee of $100.

-Uber and Lyft usually a 5 minute or less wait.
-Public transportation 4 blocks away.
-Using traditional taxi service is NOT recommended

The Neighborhood Overview
Groceries store, Starbucks, Walgreen and many restaurants are within a 5 minutes drive (Corner of Rancho and Oakley), 3 minutes from downtown. Easy access to the I15 and HWY 95.

The neighborhood was built in 1948 and is in the process of being "gentrified". Our home was completely remolded in 2016. It is located on a dead end street, we are the only Rental on our street in this residential neighborhood . Our neighbors are long term owners that are mostly young families.

Other Things To Note
We can host up to 12 adults and additional guest under the age of 18 upon approval.
Because of the pool there is an additional pool waiver and rental agreement that is required to be signing before entering the property. It will be emailed directly to you and sign-able via Docusign once the booking is confirmed, lease submit valid ID directly thorough the app within 48 hrs of booking. Also, we do not charge the standard $250 security deposit most host charge.

This pricing on this property is set up to accommodate both smaller and larger groups. Please be sure to enter in your correct amount of guests when booking

We have pool alarms as per code. They are very loud and so people tend to unplug them from their battery. To combat that we tape the battery to the side so it is hard to remove and people tend to unplug one side of the 9v. If you have a baby or someone you need a pool alarm for, please make sure the batteries are plugged in and still operational.

Guest Access
Guests will have unlimited to access to most of the house minus the locked maids closed and garage. **We have recently added an addition that can be rented as well, it is not part of this listing ** please let us know if your might need some additional space

House Rules
-No Parties
-No aggressive behavior
-No unsupervised children outside
-No shoes on carpeted areas
-Pool and Patio (backyard) Closed 9pm-8am
-No Street parking (on property only)
-No Smoking allowed inside (outside only)
-No visitors
-Be respectful of the space and the neighborhood
- You break it you buy it Please let us know if this happens we have a very detailed cleaning checklist and we will find out.
-Las Vegas has sound ordnances in place from 10pm until 7 am, and so no voices or music can be played outside during these times.
-noise violations 1 warning and then the fee is $100 per occurrence
-If security is sent to the property the fee is $300 No refunds are give if rules are broken and guest is removed from the property the can not post retaliatory negative reviews
-$5000 remediation fee if any Marijuana or Cigarettes are smoked in the house.
-Guest is liable for any damages to the property or our permit status if they do not follow the house rules
-Checkout is at 11:00am. To be respectful to our cleaning crew, If your group has not left the property by 11:01am, there will be an automatic $250 fine (immediate departure still required). To avoid this, if your group will require more time to depart please set up a late departure in advance. We hope you relax, sleep in a little more and enjoy the late checkout!
-Windows/door left open will incur a $1000 fine.
-Only small amounts of toilet paper down toilets. ABSOLUTELY **NO WIPES** TAMPONS OR ANYTHING other toilet paper. Doing so will result in a $1000 fine.
