Beautiful house maintained poorly

The house is lovely, but the maintenance is poor and the cleanliness is unsatisfactory. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty, cookie sheet was left in oven dirty. In front of refrigerator had dirty scum where mopping was done poorly. In bathroom drawer we found dirty underwear. Surfaces were dirty. Light fixtures didnt work
