This property is immaculately clean and nicely presented. It is well set up for 4 to 6 people. There was not enough plates or cups for any more and seating outside was limited to 4. The pool was lovely and the option to pay extra for heat was appreciated. Had we been traveling with younger guests we would have definitely taken advantage of this extra. Close enough to the Strip for ease but far enough away for peace!

Great location away from the strip yet close enough if you wanted to go in. We used it for a launching point for day trips to Valley of fire, Grand Canyon and Zion. Pool was nice at end of day exploring and adventuring

The house was so clean and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Wash cloths in kitchen would be a great addition. Had to use paper towels to wipe off counter tops and tables. Pool was very enjoyable. The smell of the goat and dog poop from neighboring yards was not pleasant, especially the goat smell. Barking dog was also annoying waking up early, and barking at night. I would definitely stay here again though, if neighbors would clean up smells.
