no free pizza and drinks in the fridge like the picture in the ad states so we ended up with the worst Taco Bell food we’ve ever had. The place was filthy. The upstairs door frames literally coated with a 1/4 inch dust. I cleaned out a trash bag full of expired spices, sauces and medicine from the kitchen and bathroom cupboards. I found a McDonald’s chicken sandwich in a wrapper on top of the fridge. I had to wash the rugs because they were dirty. Fish tank was loud and then broke with this awful noise sounding sometime during one of the days we were gone. The alarm system went off almost every morning between 845 and 9am. The dishwasher is literally falling apart inside, only works on the heavy cycle but only cleans for about 5 minutes and one day started smoking. No mop to clean the floor. Only a swiffer. For 5 guests they left us 3 washcloths and no hand towels. The cleaning lady brought us some hand towels and kitchen rags since there was only 1 kitchen towel. Internet very slow so make sure to get your door lock code before you arrive or use your car Internet to get it. No tv service, just the free channels, if the Internet is working. There is an Xbox but it is so outdated, my son tried doing the updates for the 5 days we were there and it never finished. I moved the bedside table in the master bedroom away from the bed. The bed is so low that if you roll over, you hit your head on the corner of the table. Very loud in the room. More but out of space.
