La cama es súper cómoda, de verdad lo mejor del lugar. Lamentablemente, el resto de la estadía no estuvo a la altura. Encontramos cucarachas en el baño y se necesita fumigar urgente. Además, el piso del baño estaba amarillento y con manchas. Las toallas se notaban muy viejas y ya necesitan cambiarse. Los aires acondicionados también piden mantenimiento a gritos: el del cuarto principal no enfriaba nada, el del otro cuarto enfriaba un poco más y solo el de la sala funcionaba perfecto. El check-in fue un misterio: no había indicaciones claras. El celular que está ahí te manda al buzón de voz, nadie se comunicó con nosotros y no sabíamos cómo entrar. Por suerte, la señora de la lavandería de al lado nos dijo que tocáramos el timbre en Casa Magna, y ahí una persona muy amable nos explicó dónde estaba la llave y hasta puso el código del locker para dárnosla. Gracias a ella pudimos resolverlo. Creo que con mantenimiento y una mejor comunicación con los huéspedes, este lugar podría mejorar muchísimo.

Great location since it is near the main park, restaurants. My only feedback is about communication since the phone number provided was routing my calls directly to voicemail but overall great place for small families
