The apartment is on the ground floor of a three floors building.
It is very well located in a quiet street very close to all services.
All the guests have access to the solarium on the top floor shared with the other guests of the house for have breakfast, for read a book or work or simply to enjoy the warm sun of the tropics.

As this apartment is at the city center, which is very comfortable to do everything walking, it has a little difficult for parking a car; we recommend to advise us, so we can reserve you a place in the parking near the house.
