Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved for a more comfortable stay.The living room could really use additional seating—adding a few barstools and. 1 more chair would make a big difference. Also l I found it strange as there were no hangers in the closets or dressers available for clothing. Our clothes were all over the floor.Noise was an issue, especially in the early mornings during weekdays due to the Main Street the house is off of. Additionally, the master bedroom gets quite bright in the morning, so it’s not ideal if you’re hoping to sleep in.The kitchen was stocked with only very basic pots and utensils, so plan accordingly if you intend to cook more than simple meals.Overall it was a very pleasant stay. With a few adjustments, this could be a much more comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location of the house is conveniently located to the highway. The house is nice, but in need of some upgrades. When we arrived last night, the house reeked of smoke and was a major issue for me and my family. It caused nausea and headaches, and made sleeping difficult. We had been traveling all day 14 hrs and were looking forward to a good night sleep and that did not happen.

The house was fine but more lamps (not just the ceiling lighting) in the living room and end tables so you can put a drink or book down w/o using the floor. The backyard was described as a backyard oasis but had no tables or chairs and that side of the house was on a fairly busy street. We were away from the house most of the time but fair amount of traffic noise at night. Nice view of the mountains. Secure yard for the dog.

Nice place and stay! The location is convenient to white sands and downtown Las cruces. The house was very clean and comfy. The host could offer a few more minor amenities like a bit of outside furniture/chairs, a sled for guests to use at white sands, a bottle or two of water. Overall it was a great stay.
