This is a lovely, comfortable three bedroom villa situated in a brand new complex only 50 meters from the sea. It features spacious Greek style outdoors with a beautiful pool area and veranda for outdoor dining. There is a contemporary living area including a large kitchen with all appliances, dining and setting areas on the ground level. With satellite TV, DVD player and free internet connection, there is ample entertainment available. On this level are also one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower room. One more twin bedroom, family bathroom and en-suite master bedroom are on the upper floor. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open to a good size veranda with partial sea view, perfect for afternoon tea.
