תקופת הסתיו והחורף הקרירה יותר מתאימה במיוחד לטיולים באזור (לרבות בנחלים מלאי המים שבאזור, במיוחד לאחר הגשמים), הדלקת אש בקמין העצים וישיבה לידו עם כוס תה או שוקו חם, וכיו"ב.
