This typical coastal house near the Adriatic Sea has a wonderful garden with a great view of the coast. It is completely fenced and has a lot of privacy; Ideal for vacations with family or friends. Despite the quiet location you have everything within reach. The sea is 3 km from the accommodation and the pleasant centre of LAPEDONA is no more than 4.5 km from the stay. Restaurants are within walking distance (300 m). On the ground floor you will find a nice veranda that is perfect for a relaxed afternoon with a snack and a drink. Take your favourite book and relax around the fireplace or remove everything from the cupboard and prepare a culinary delight on the barbecue or in the well -equipped kitchen.
