Was quoted one price and while waiting to get a different room because the one given was disguating...we witnessed the clerk rent a room to another walk in for over half what we were quoted and charged....we definately were discriminated against! She eventually, after making alot of excuses, did adjust the price but the room was so nasty our feet stuck to the carpet and we grabbed a short sleep on the bath towels on the bed. We werent sleeping on the nasty sheets and pillows...and slept clothed and with our shoes on...NEVER AGAIN! RACISM SUCKS!

Stayed at this hotel a little over a month ago, and if I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. Upon arriving, it was clear that the hotel was not going to have great service due to the run-down nature of the building. It is very apparent that renovations and maintenance have not been a priority for this location. Since it is pretty much impossible to get a refund and book a hotel the same night, it was pretty much required that I tough through the stay for one night (due to the booking policy, it would not be possible to cancel my stay or request a refund because such would require a notice of 24 or 48 hours in advance). When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by staff and checked in, but they informed me that they would not permit tax exemption for a non-profit business if the customer booked through Expedia, which has never been a problem at any Comfort Inn & Suites I have been to (and I travel quite a bit). After checking in and entering the room, it clearly has not undergone any maintenance or repairs for a while. The carpet was peeling, the bathroom was disgusting with a stained and cracked toilet, a picture in the bathroom had broken glass, and there were apparent stains.

Roaches in bathroom

The hotel was well situated, beds comfy and room clean. However the bathroom had mildew and the sink was not cleaned properly. By day 3 we started seeing roaches in the bathroom which was terrible.

I have used this property for quick overnight business stays quite a few times. But now, I’m done. The mattresses are horrendous, there’s barely any water pressure in the shower, the hairdryer was broken, and everything is absolutely filthy. The tub is moldy, and the carpets need to be replaced. This property needs to be closed and completely remodeled from top to bottom.

The INN

This room was old. It was nasty and I had to go to the store to buy things to clean and disinfect the room. There were stains on the sheets and bed sham, handprints on the headboard. The room needed updates, the air was dry and seemed like the filter needed to be changed. The carpet had stains and the couch looked old and worn. The room smelled old and musty. I didn’t cancel my reservation because it was spring break and was no where else was available. I will NEVER stay at another INN.
