Would not recommend at all

Had to wait over twenty minutes to checkin because nobody was at the counter and couldnt find anyone. Asked for towels for the kids to dry off at the pool, the person said there wasnt any left. The entire place is run down chipped floors, ceiling bowing all over the place, stains on the bed, stains on the lights. Room was about 76 degrees, tried to turn the air on and set it at 70 but only heat came on. Pillows were super low grade and bunchy. Room smelled of pot and was musty all at the same time. The only thing that was decent was the pool. It said it was remodeled late last year but they were half attempts at covering up the lack of upkeep. People were out in the "hangout" area and instead of letting people know they had to go to their rooms, they simply just shut the lights out on everyone.

The pool was great for the kids except there were never towels at the pool where it was designated to be. The breakfast provided was great!! Loved how much space there was around the pool and dining area!!!! Front desk was very nice and helpful

Tell about 12am kidsyelling and screaming and pounding and stumping then after that it was the adults turn to have there fun you could smell weed and we was close to front desk so they had to of knew pounding on doors and doors slamming all through the night yelling and im shure fighting

Just ok is not ok

This hotel was just ok. The hotel is older and the room has had some recent updates and was clean but the pool area was tired looking and not inviting. There was no hot water in the room. It was lukewarm at best (both evening and morning). There was no thermostat control in my room, nor an exterior window and no fan in the bathroom, which made the air in the room feel thick. The walls are thin and one of the adjacent rooms had their tv blaring a good hour or more after I tried to go to sleep. Breakfast was decent. Unless I cannot find any other decent place to stay in the area, I wont be back.

Will not be staying here again. Probably in one of the worst areas of Lansing please please please if you're reading this go to a different hotel. It was so bad I had to cancel my reservation early and go to Country Inn and Suites in Lansing, they were great!

The facility could use some updates in bathroom caulking and the grout on the tile floor. A pillowcase had a stain. Toiletries offered were low quality. Laminate floors had debris. One outlet didn't work- we both use cpaps so working outlets are vital. A place to charge phones would be a nice enhancement. Very noisy guests coukd be heard from the pool and theough walls. Kids were running in the halls. We would stay again as it was relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows didn't have an odor. TV options were good.
