I am a manager at the Walmart next to your hotel, and we had a bad winter storm that night. I had to close, which meant by the time I got out, it was late, and roads were treacherous. So, I booked a room, and it was very convenient to stay right next to where I work. Room was very nice, although I couldn't figure out the thermostat, could've been not working, but I stayed warm. Didn't sound like the heat kicked on. I was on the 4th floor, heat rises, so that could've been one reason for staying warm. It was room 422. Breakfast was great!

Did the auto check in through the hilton app, never got sent a key to my room. It just prompted me with one will be sent momentarily and it never was. They also automatically cancelled my reservation which was rude af because I paid for it so why do they get to decide to cancel it and not refund? Who knows.

If they tell you the hotel is full booked and after arriving early, the room is no ready yet stay at lobby or you could end with wherever room they had for the staff or so, is the only explanation to get a room without proper curtains just a piece of fabric, so the lights out don’t let you sleep all night. Lesson learned.

Great stay after MSU football night game

Short drive to MSU’s campus. Short walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Eastwood. Excellent night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. Front desk staff warm and welcoming. Best value during football season with an indoor swimming pool.

For a newer hotel, property wasn’t cleaned and maintained. The front desk staff, Chloe, wasn’t helpful. She said the terminal took apple pay, which it did not. I went out to get my card for her to process and she said “he’s gonna have to finish you up”, when I moved over to have her co-worker help me check in, he was confused and didn’t know where she left off. Poor managing, poor communication. I’ve stayed at many hotels around Lansing and never had an issue like this anywhere else. I will not be returning.

Worst than you think It was my wedding in lansing Michigan so all of my families came around usa and we booked this hotel to he together but when we check in the hotel was dirty. Appliances were not working. The rooms smells bad and the beds were dirty. The room ac were making noise and in some rooms the ac were leaking water. This time we made a mistake and booked hotel for all families with just looking. At the pictures i am requesting hilton management to please when you charge people that much please give them a good service i had to wast my perfume so the room can smell good. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty the toilet was making noise after flushing this is not just for my room every room had an issue and we have to call the front desk to come and turn on the microwave fuse for use from fuse box. Don’t book your rooms here before asking someone and reading this review. I stayed there for 4 nights and i had to stay because of other families but what i am saying we paid thousands to have a bad experience and we booked hilton cuz we trusted it but now no never

My suite King room AC was leaking, the carpet was wet, that caused odor, room carpet was not fully vacuumed, WI-FI was not working, staff were friendly, during my 4th day stay house keeping only came once upon request, laundry room was in poor condition, pool water condition was not clean.
