The front desk staff in the airport shuttle driver was great. The valet guys stood and watched me struggle with my luggage and didn’t offer a word or hand of support. When I went to open the nightstand drawer, the handle and wooden face of the drawer came off in my hand and fell to the floor narrowly missing my barefoot. The toilet paper kept pulling right off the roll and falling to the floor as well. When I reported these to the front desk, I was told that I may be charged for the damages. I was staying in a mobility room because I have moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and little to no strength than my hands so there’s no way I could’ve caused any of the damage. It did not feel good to be as much as accused of doing so. I didn’t need to report the damages, itjust felt like the right thing to do. The bed was very comfortable though, and I appreciated the ride to the airport and help with my luggage by the shuttle driver.

It was pretty great, though again there was an elevator not working, again. This year there were at least 2 that worked of the three, instead of the 1 the previous year. Overall a nice stay.

Paid for a king room and they put us in two queen bed room. If we weren’t running late we would have complained at the front desk. We stayed here a few months ago and the same thing happened. Won’t stay again.

Good and not so good

Loud air conditioner that couldn’t get to turn off. Restaurant not good But the room was clean bed was great location solid.
