Charmantes Ferienhaus im Herzen von Lannion

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im Herzen von Lannion, am Fuße der Kirche von Brélévenez. Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad/WC und einen kleinen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, uns fehlte lediglich ein elektrischer Wasserkocher und ein Brotschneidemesser. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Bei Anreise ist eine Kaution für die Endreinigung zu leisten, welche bei Abreise aber erstattet wird, wenn man die Reinigung selber übernimmt. Am Fuße des Kirchberges befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, auf dem wir unseren Mietwagen abgestellt hatten. Lannion liegt zentral, alle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung sind nach maximal 20 Minuten Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. Lannion verfügt außerdem über einen Bahnhof, so dass auch andere Städte der Bretagne gut zu erreichen sind, z.B. Rennes. Wir würden wieder kommen! Merci!

Séjour agréable dans cette maisonnette située à proximité des commerces de Lannion. Propriétaires très arrangeants concernant l’heure d’arrivée. S’ils le peuvent, possibilité d’accéder au logement avant 15h. Merci encore pour cette arrangement. Location très propre, bien agencée, décorée avec goût et moderne. Matelas du lit gigogne au rez de chaussée confortable de même que celui du lit de l’étage. Salle de bain très propre, moderne et bien agencée. Les propriétaires proposent de fournir les draps, torchons, serviettes et tapis de bain, ce qui est appréciable quand on en a besoin. Comme précisé dans l’annonce, il y a 50 marches à monter pour accéder à la maisonnette donc location pas accessible à tous. Cependant, permet de se maintenir en forme! Il y a une télévision ( version a android) mais elle ne propose pas toute les chaînes. À préciser, peut-être dans l’annonce. Petit bémol : le site m’a facturé 20 euros de frais de nettoyage. Je pensais donc ne pas avoir à faire le ménage avant de partir ( comme expliqué à la propriétaire par sms). Je me suis tout de même proposée pour passer un coup d aspirateur dans toute la maison et la propriétaire m’a demandé en plus, de passer la serpillère dans les pièces principales, ce que j’ai fait sans rechigner mais je ne trouve pas cela normal compte tenu des 20 euros que j’ai payé en amont, pour quitter la location sereinement. A quoi bon facturer 20 euros de nettoyage? À discuter avec les propriétaires en direct.

Alles super

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem romantischen Häuschen. Tolle Lage! Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und es wurde sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Man sollte nur nicht zu viel Gepäck mitnehmen, da alles die Stufen hochgetragen werden muss ;)
