Staffing have an Attitude and terrible experience - No air conditioning - food is Terrible. I really appreciate if you guys let them kmow how customers are not happy.Expedia should take care of their client.

First impressionreceptionist eating behind counter. Hotel accepted animals which reflected the smell in our room. So rooms need to have no signs of previous guests or animals in rooms.Corridor room number signs on floor in corridor. had to change rooms still uncomfortable.Woken at 6am by shouting and chanting on lower floors. So woke up went down to reception for an early coffee. Went to look at pool but pool cover was still on and used towels on floor from previous swimmers so hotel didn't look clean at all. Asked to speak to a manager but was told she won't come. Obviously not on duty.Very disappointing hotel not recommended.

Comfy and clean but not what we thought

Great hotel with great facilities such as pool, sauna & hot tub. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Location ok. Good parking. Will need Tom striven or get a taxi to reach local ‘hot spots’. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue we had was we thought we had booked a room with 2 double beds. Unfortunately we had 1 double and 2 single beds. After mentioning this to reception we were told that all the rooms were the same. Other than this, We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Stop-over from Roscoff

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good. The decor of the room was very dated but it was a large room, clean and comfortable. The outside of the hotel was being refurbished when we visited. The hotel was easy to find with lots of parking. We were a family of four on our way from Roscoff - tired and needing a stop-over. The children's breakfast was unexpectedly given free which was great.

Bien que l'hotel soit acceuillant, et de qualité, j'ai été fort surpris de me voir demandé le paiement d'une taxe supplémentaire, lorsque j'ai sollicité à prendre possession de ma chambre un peu lus tôt que prévue. Bien que cette taxe soit prévue dans le cas ou une chambre n'est pas erendue dans les temps, il n'est rien prévue dans l'autre sens. Cependant le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. La chambre est vaste et confortable.
