FeWo Walter - House 4 St. Andreasberg, south-facing slope, quiet WLAN 2025 completely renovated

Beautiful holiday home complex on the south slope in St. Andreasberg on the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tasteful and all differently furnished. The kitchens were equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. in the houses. The house has been managed by us for 50 years and is constantly being renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. Free WiFi is a matter of course for everyone. Fixed line telephone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, so they are taken care of in the garden as well as in the house with children's chairs, beds, garden toys etc.
We provide sledding sleds free of charge.

Ok, nicht nochmal.

Die Ferienwohnung ist recht groß, besitzt aber nur eine Dusche, was bei einer Auslegung für bis zu 8 Erwachsene recht grenzwertig ist. Die Duschbrause und der Wasserdruck ließen leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Geschirrspüler war bei unserer Ankunft noch eingeräumt und in der Küche und im Flur war es leider recht dreckig. Der Spielplatz für die Kinder war schön, nur leider war das Klettergerüst und die Wippe defekt.

Schöne Lage, gute Wohnung

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Für die Kinder gab es viele Sachen zum leihen. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit Hausmeister und Besitzer war hervorragend und sehr entgegenkommend.

St. Andreasberg und der Harz sind eine Reise wert. Sehr gut ist die Möglichkeit der kostenlosen Busnutzung. Allerding muss man sich die Linien selbst zusammenbasteln. Der Garten ist für die kleineren Kinder sehr schön. Fußball am Berg bedarf schon einiger Übung. Vielleicht sollte man bei der Wohnungsvergabe darauf hinweisen, dass eine Person (bei 7) im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung war toll eingerichter und der Garten mit Kind super! Es hätte allerding etwas sauberer sein können, im Backofen war z.B. noch Backpapier. Aber sonst war alles top!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Vermietung war super und unkompliziert. Wohnung schön gelegen ruhige nicht stark befahrene Straße, schöne Außenanlage. Die Gegend um Stankt Andreasberg wunderschön und voller Abenteuer. Einziger Minuspunkt, das dritte Schlafzimmer ist im Wohnzimmer.

Gut ausgestattete, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen

Eine schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Charme. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und mit einer gemütlichen Essnische ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer liegen ruhig im oberen Stockwerk. Einzig Küche und Bad, sowie Gästetoilette sind nicht frisch renoviert, aber in ordentlichen Zustand. Mit dem großen Gemeinschaftsgarten einschließlich Kinderspielgeräten und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Rodelhügel hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Hausmeisterservice. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Unkompliziert und wie ein Zuhause

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal Gast in dieser Wohnung. Wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da. Bei Fragen kann man unkompliziert Kontakt zum Hausmeister aufnehmen. Nett sind auch die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten im Garten und der Brötchenlieferdienst. Gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Durch die Fensterfront konnte man den Blick nach draußen genießen. Der große Gartenmit Spielplatz hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel

Der Kontakt vorab und die Betreuung vor Ort sind extrem gästefreundlich - selten haben wir so einen außerordentlichen Service erlebt. Die Wohnung Nr 4 besticht durch hochwertige Möbel, eine klasse Ausstattung und ihre Sauberkeit. Die Bäder sind zwar nicht die Neuesten aber durch die gute Pflege und Sauberkeit mit gutem Gefühl zu nutzen. Rund um empfehlenswert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien mit Kindern

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Küche hat Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und ist auch mit Geschirr, Besteck etc. gut ausgestattet. Auch Fernseher mit vielen Kanälen und WLAN lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind ganz wunderbar, mit vielen Spielgeräten für Klein und Groß (Tischtennisplatte, Sandkasten, Schaukel, Rutsche, Kletterhaus, Fahrzeuge, Sandspielzeuge, verschiedene Tennisschläger, ...). Außerdem gibt es im Garten auch einen überdachten Bereich mit Grill für alle. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Hausmeister war ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Sankt Andreasberg ist ein etwas verschlafener Kurort, hat aber auch einige Attraktionen (Sommerrodeln, Ski, Langlauf, Mountainbike-Downhill, Kletteranlage, ...) und ist mit seiner zentralen Lage ein sehr geeigneter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in den umliegenden Harz. Man kann auch direkt ab Ferienwohnung loswandern ohne mit dem Auto erst einen Wanderparkplatz ansteuern zu müssen. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
