Half hotel and half building site

Half the rooms don’t have doors on because they are, I guess being refurbished. The lift was out of service this morning so had to take the stairs up and down. I had a meal in the hotel. They sat me on a table where they keep the wine glasses however the lasagna was lovely! Close to the airport but not easy to get to. Bed was comfortable

Hotel itself was fine. CRL Airport has been designed that you cannot easily walk out. If you want to walk expect a 50 min detour. Local bus runs every 30 min at EUR 6 per person. Alternatively hotel shuttle at EUR 10 per person. THIS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED.

Convenient location for airport - only stayed here as we had a very early flight out of Charleroi Airport. Room basic but clean. Mattress seemed a bit cheap and not very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was good and on time. Staff very friendly.

Stay ok but AC not working

The stay was comfortable…we went to the hotel from the airport,we were not allowed checking inn..completely understand coz we were early..but the guy at the reception happily agreed to keep our bags.anyway we came in the night got the keys and went to the room..well made up no complaints but the air conditioner was not cooling..the temp was not going below 23degrees,and the light was flashing on it…the language was different so i could not understand much. Plus we were super tired so did not bother much. Next day we had a tour so left early and when back in the night i called the reception and the guy at reception told me to call back as he was busy…we waited till about 11:30pm,and called again the guy told that there is an error in the room and the ac is not working….he offered us to change the room but it was already 11:30 in the night and we had an early morning flight so did not bother.. So yes we stayed in the hotel 2nights without ac.rest no complaints. So see what you can do reg this.
