Relax, relax, no hassle. Our house is idyllically located below the Granitz hunting lodge, between the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin.
We offer spacious grounds (1.5 ha) for resting, barbecuing or for sporting activities on the playground and football field, table tennis and basketball (bicycles and walking sticks are available). You can set off or hike directly from us. A parking space is in front of the house.
Individual travelers, couples, families and groups (seminars on request) are welcome.
Dogs are welcome to come along

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Die gemütliche Wohnung im Reetdachhaus ist sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern lief schon vorab außergewöhnlich gut und wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das große Außengelände um das Haus herum bietet viele Spielmöglichkeiten, nicht nur für Kinder. Hier können (unter anderem) Fußball und Tischtennis gespielt oder Spielgeräte wie Fahrräder mitgenutzt werden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, so dass man die Kinder sorgenfrei draußen spielen lassen kann. Gleichzeitig bietet das Haus eine hervorragende Lage für Wander- und Fahrradausflüge in die direkte Umgebung, wie zum Jagdschloss Granitz (mit Biergarten), nach Binz und nach Sellin. Eine Haltestelle des Rasenden Rolands, der historischen, dampfbetriebenen Eisenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Am besten haben uns die beeindruckenden Wälder, allen voran der Nationalpark Jasmund mit seinem Teil des UNESCO Welterbe Buchenwald gefallen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Herbst auf Rügen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war super. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Dort kann man wirklich abschalten und den Urlaub genießen. Und die Unterkunft ist dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Super nette Vermieter. War sehr schön bei Euch.

Entspannte Herbsttage

Wir haben uns bei Familie Amaddio wie zu Hause gefühlt und trotz des stürmisch-regnerischen Herbstwetters die Tage hier sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten Platz und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für drinnen und draußen. Marco hat uns 2 x mit leckerem Abendessen verwöhnt und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Bis zum "Rasenden Roland" sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, bis nach Binz wandert man ein Stündchen durch den Wald. Aber das Beste ist die Ruhe, fernab vom Touristentrubel. Es war sehr erholsam! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, die Freiflächen bieten viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Häuschen mit Brettspielen, Musikinstrumenten etc. damit es auch bei Regen nicht langweilig wird. An zwei Abenden gab es die Möglichkeit Abendessen zu bestellen. Das haben wir besonders genossen. Das Essen war vorzüglich! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett!

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund einen schönen Urlaub bei Familie Amaddio verbracht. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Der große Garten bot viel Raum zum Spielen und Toben. Auch unser Hund hatte viel Spaß mit dem Haushund "Sunny". Die Lage ist ruhig mit toller Anbindung an schöne Wander- und Radwege und die Haltestelle des "Rasenden Roland" ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Was will man mehr. Vielen Dank auch für den schönen Abend mit den Kochkünsten von Marco und den tollen Geschichten von Paolo. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!

Herrlich ruhig, totale Entspannung. Fern von den Touristenschwärmen 😉. Wir waren nur kurz da aber es war wunderschön. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, die Familie ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich gleich so, als ob wir uns schon jahrelang kennen. Wir haben euch schon an 2 weitere Familien empfohlen.
