This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental. Communication in the app as requested by VRBO was non-existent, property was definitely not up kept as in pictures, a/c didn’t work for four nights of the five, front door lock didn’t work upon arrival, several smoke detectors chirping first two nights, hot water was poor in two of three of the bathrooms, missing light bulbs, several other issues. I have pictures of the property on arrival.
