After a recent stay, we discovered bed bugs in our home. I called the hotel to notify them of a possible exposure, not to ask for anything. During my first call, the front desk representative hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked why the call was disconnected. She told me that no one else has ever said anything and implied the concern was not valid, then said, “Because you’re saying false things about our hotel,” and hung up again. Since that initial call, I have called six times total. Each time, the phone is answered and immediately disconnected without the representative saying hello. I was polite and calm every time. Regardless of where the issue originated, dismissing a guest’s concern and repeatedly hanging up instead of listening or documenting it is extremely unprofessional. I would have preferred to handle this privately, but it has been impossible to communicate with anyone at the hotel.

I love the decor of the hotel and room. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Appreciated the Tarocco shampoo, condition and wash. It is fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located with plenty to do in Lancaster, PA.

Really nice. Bed was great. Room was nice. I liked the location. It was close to F&M. My only complaints are that the breakfast was mediocre and people coming and going at night could be heard in the room. I would definitely return next time I'm visiting F&M.

We appreciated the building with it unique architecture and clean, fresh smell. The problem that we had was the noise, it sounded like there was a commericial clothes dryer running in the room, 212, constantly. It measured about 53 to 55 decibles and made it difficult to sleep. I believe it was some type of air handler above the ceiling that never shuts off.
