I was upgraded to a huge suite on the 5th floor- awesome! Everything from the staff was amazing from the check in to the bartender. My only critique, the bathroom had one switch to turn on every light, and a very loud ventilation fan. For an amazing suite- that was really odd, would help to have that changed to not make EVERYTHING go on with the only switch. Otherwise, stellar.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms and reception area were beautiful and comfortable. We did not care for the breakfast buffet, but there were plenty of fine restaurants for breakfast and other meals within walking distance. We would certainly like to stay at this hotel again when we next visit the area.

I loved this property. Beautiful and potentially romantic though I was alone but a boy can dream. ;-) Unpretentious, but incredibly comfortable. Definitely stay here. Each room has extra character and my room was enormous. Spotless and wonderful staff.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. We were surprised by the extras like the beautiful long stemmed red rose on each of or beds; the dark chocolate nonpareils; and the complementary bottled water. The hot continental breakfast was above average in variety and quality. Definitely would return despite the mattress that was a bit too soft.

We prefer boutique hotels because they seem to care more about everything and Lancaster Arts checked all the boxes! The staff were all polite and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for a couple of nights and the location was central to all that we wanted. Thank you!
